NTL (National Transportation Library) Catalog
Resources in the NTL Catalog are primarily technical, research and policy documents provided by federal, state, local, tribal and other government agencies. Links are to government and other significant websites and documents, especially USDOT and state sites.
Special Libraries Association Transportation Division
The Transportation Division promotes the exchange of knowledge and information among individuals and organizations interested in the development, control and use of information resources in transportation, both in general or in one of its many subdivisions; these include air, highway, rail, urban and water transport, and multimodal transportation. Since its founding in 1943, the Division has been actively involved with transportation issues and research. Its activities have involved publishing, presenting innovative and timely programs and lobbying for better access to transportation literature.
Transportation Libraries Catalog (TLCat)
Coordinated by the National Transportation Library (NTL), the Transportation Libraries Catalog (TLCat) enables the user to simultaneously search the collections of 20 libraries with transportation-specific collections and holdings in OCLC.
TRIS Online
TRIS Online is derived from TRIS, the bibliographic database of transportation research information produced by the Transportation Research Board. It is hosted by the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, National Transportation Library. The subject Indexing has been converted to Transportation Research Thesaurus terms. It includes links to full text than Transport, but does not include the records from Europe contributed to TRIS by International Transport Research Documentation (ITRD).
